It's been almost 2 months since I joined the gym(I was working out at home before doing so) and I lost 6 pounds! I did not want that, at all! So, I have to simplify my gym routine. I was going 5-6 days a week and now I'm cutting it down to 3 days a week and twice a week I will just take a mile walk.
My Routine at the Gym is pretty consistent.
Bike- Half Hour- 45 minutes
Elliptical- Half hour
Ab Work-outs- 20 minutes
So, now that I will only go 3 times a week, I will co-wash twice a week and shampoo/DC once a week.
Henna Treatments either bi-weekly or monthly...not sure about this yet.

Looks like you're doing really good working out. My problem is that I have short chin length hair so I'm afraid what the sweat will do to my hair.
ReplyDeleteI do see women at the gym with shorter hair working out, they just keep their hair out. I don't think hair should stop anyone from doing something they want to do(such as working out), but I did used to be like that. Maybe you can just take walks and do light work-outs(crunches..jumping jax) instead. Sweat can be harmful to the hair because it makes hair sooo dry...so maybe light work-outs will be better.
