Tip of the Day

Nutrition is a primary key to the overall health of the body. The benefits of nutrition are seen in skin, scalp and hair. A diet that consist of the major food groups and, when doctor recommends, supplements will almost always yield luxurious hair with healthy color and texture.

So, eat your fruit and veggies, drink plenty of water, take your mulit-vitamin and incorporate some type of excercise in your weekly routine! Your body and hair will thank you!
